On 29-30 July 2013 7Safe returned to Black Hat in Las Vegas to host a two-day workshop, where industry-renowned Pen Tester Sumit “Sid” Siddharth, shared his in-depth knowledge on how to identify injection flaws, and where to look for them.
Black Hat, the premier information security tech conference, brings together industry leaders from all facets of the Penetration Testing world to share practical insights and knowledge.
This hands-on two-day course titled ‘The Art of Exploiting Injection Flaws’ provided a specific focus on injection flaws – rated by The Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), as being within the top ten most critical application security risks under the OWASP Top 10 Project.
During the workshop, attendees had the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of common flaws to be aware of which arose from the injection flaw security vulnerability, in addition to learning a variety of advanced exploitation techniques used by real-world hackers.
